Portent, a rapidly growing marketing agency, moved into this 17,000 SF space in the Madison Centre building in the heart of downtown Seattle. The design team reflected Portent’s bold mantras and vision through environmentally conscious materials, locally sourced furniture, and an eclectic mix of materials and finishes. The space itself now has several touch-down areas to accommodate a variety of work needs with flexibility to support both privacy and collaboration for staff. 

Workpointe was delighted to partner with @JPC Architects on a recent relocation and build-out for MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions (fondly known as MacMiller).

JPC designed a fun and collaborative headquarters for MacMiller. Taking their post-pandemic needs into account, JPC was able to downsize the footprint needed and provide a hybrid workspace. Workpointe collaborated with JPC with cohesive furniture selection and careful planning for the three-floor suite.

This was a successful cooperation between Foushée, JPC Architects, MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions and Workpointe. The end result is one of LAID BACK SOPHISTICATION
